I'm so upset about the kind of treatment I'm receiving from Cell C. I've been their loyal customer for 6yrs now and never even skipped a single payment but how I'm treated now it's so sickening. I was due for an upgrade and my new phone (BBZ10) was delivered to me on 24/06/13 and on the evening of 03/07/13 that's when I noticed that it was off and I thought it was due to battery being flat but I realized after few hours that it was not charging. I contacted call centre on 04/07/13 to report it and spoke to Mbali who logged a call for my phone to be collected (OBF). According to Mbali collection was suppose to have been within 3 days. I contacted Cell C once again on 10/07/13 and spoke to Thabiso who told me that my phone will be collected within 7 days counting from the 1st day I reported it. On 18/07/13 I sent a website enquiry to complain abt the same problem and received a respond by e-mail dated 18/07/13 telling me that collection was arranged for the same day but no one came to collect the phone, I responded to the same e-mail on 22/07/13 informing them on the non collection. I want them to come and collect this phone and give me a new one bcos they gave me a faulty phone. Sic
