Oneplan Health Insurance
PAYMENT ISSUE AGAIN!!!

We went away from one plan because we had a lot of issues regarding payments. Decided to go back to them and our troubles start with the first payment. on the 11th I spoke to a consultant regarding my premium not being deducted from my account. She informed me that it is scheduled for the 15th. I contacted the above person on the 16th regarding payment not being deducted and she said that if it doesn't go off that evening i must pay via eft. It didn't go off so i paid via eft. and great last night the payment went off my account now i paid double and my budget was set out for 1 payment and now i can't get hold of anyone to get the money. PLEASE HELP. Thank you
