Every year december i make cash payments for my policies since we get paid early, and every january i get sms's from assupol that my policies are in arrears. i called last year and when i provided the prove of payment they gave me a another date for non payment which was almost a year back. the money was double deducted from my account. this year same problem, im now told there was a non payment for 2011.
what i dont understand is why wait one year to inform me that my policies are in arrears, and when it is impossible for me to get prove of payment, and why does this only happen when i made a cash payment.
if i did not make cash payments when was i ever gonna be informed that i am in arrears, can someone please me all my payments made since i took out my policies.
