I currently have 2 accounts with Cell C
in November i had to pay money into their account for late payment which i did - after this they still deducted it from my account resulting in double payment. i brought this to their attention and they stated the next deduction/ payment will not be processed and that will accommodate the extra payment. end of month came and they deducted again!!! i gave them a call and again stated they will resolve and next payment will be stopped. its now January and its still not resolved and they are again trying o deduct money from my account!!!

numerous calls made from my side to get this resolved - what did they do?? nothing yet!!

i need this sorted ASAP
