Payment deducted twice

I arranged for my study loan repayment to be deducted via a debit order from my account. Up until then, the payments were made by my father. An amount of R1788 (the monthly repayment) was deducted from his account on 15 October 2013. We went into Tyger Valley to organize that the payments should in future be deducted from my account. The lady there, I think her name was Yolande informed me that the first payment will be 29 November, as October months payment has already been done. Last night I received an text message informing me of a deduction for October of the amount of R1788.

Why must one always complain before something gets done right???

Please pay that amount back into my account
