I'm not surprised but the vast number of complaints on the website linked to Momentum, this has been a disastrous two weeks with regards to my withdrawal from funds at work, the call centre agents answer the phone like a colleague has just called them never introducing themselves as who they are representing Momentum not one single time when you call the 0860333348. After handing in all the documentation required from myself they made an error with SARS because they filled in the wrong date of birth for tax purposes, then after they rectified it I had to call them to find out what was going on and the lady i spoke to said the payment would be done on 29/5/13 none of that happened. On the morning of the 30/5/13 i got a sms notifying me the payment would be done 1/6/13 i' m sure by now you can guess that this hasn't happened. My views of the organisation are that of complete amateurs who run the place like a kindergarten. I'm glad i made the decision to disinvest, Liberty from past experience is far better, please process this final transaction between ourselves I dread to deal with Momentum any longer a complete shambles really.
