My manager will not call you

I have an issue:

When I am not happy with what a supervisor tell me and I ask for a manager to call me.

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A SUPERVISOR TELLING ME.
MY MANAGER WILL NOT CALL YOU AS I AM MORE THAN CABABLE OF ASSITING YOU.

I tell the supervisor that I am not happy with his answer.

After he talks over me for about five times, and I need to start my sentence 5 times.

I have to repeat myself.
whether or not someone is capable of assisting you: If they are not able to produce a result which you desire, and you request assitance from a manager

I DO NOT LIKE BEEN TOLD: I AM TELLING YOU, MY MANAGER WILL NOT CALL YOU
