Telemarketer insulting me, cuz I'm not interested

On Monday 8:52 a telemarketer phoned me (Zane), wanting to offer me some services. When I indicated that I am not interested, I was insulted. He began to scream at me. I was very offended and ask to speak to his supervisor or manager, he then told me if I want to get a hold of his supervisor I must go to Johannesburg to a very tall building and call for him. He also asked me if I was bored that I want to speak to his supervisor.

Where did Mtn find my details in the first place?
Where did I ever give consent that my details may be used to contact me?

I want a copy of the call recording.
I want Mtn to take appropriate action against the telemarketer (Zane).
I want the telemarketer and his supervisor / manager to contact me and apologize.
I want to the contact details of the telemarketer.
