No ebucks rewarded

I am an FNB Platinum Cheque holder, also have an ebucks account now the last time I received the rewards was on 4 Feb 2013 of which I use my cheque card frequently in order for me to get rewarded. basically I swipe as opposed to using cash but over the past 3 moths there has been no reward from them.
