I currently have Business cover with you. I phoned your call centre to update my cover but was told that since I was increasing my cover one of your "inspectors" had to come and "inspect" my business within 5 days. No one has confirmed if this would happen on day 1 or day 5 so do I need to open my entire schedule for you for when you decide to come? Secondly, I am looking to get a new alarm system installed but the preferred company is PSRAR and not SAIDA approved so will this affect my cover or not? No one is able to tell me so can someone please clarify this?
