Johann is an asset to the outsurance team, not only did he help in updating my cover after my alarm system started giving me issues, hence we had to cancel in, so i phoned in and tried to update my cover, i was told about paying a amount, i wasn't very happy with that, i was then put through to Johann, and wow did he make my day, not only did he change what originally wanted done, but he went through my entire policy and ended up reducing my premium!!

so i got my busoiness doen and now im saving money!! i have been a client for 5 years now and outsurance truly is the best company!!! thank you
