Outsurance
Ipped off

Cable left our Centre without power for three days. I was not too worried as I had business interruption cover and stock cover. Huh. Outsurance found a way not to pay. They decided that since a three month period showed my Business not making a profit there was no operating profit to pay out. They are happy to take the premiums but are not happy to cover my cost for those three days. Thanks to my quick thinking I was able to save most of my stock the little I lost they still have not paid out. If I had saved my premiums I could have covered my losses and would still have change. They are the so called cheapest because they don't pay out. Another shop in the same Centre is with absa insurance and they were paid out.
