Arriving at FNB canal walk for first time, there is no one to great or direct you on where to go. Then sat in service queue for 20 minutes before someone came to check if we were in the correct queue. The staff behind the service counters have a lazy and very unprofessional attitude and customers are treated like they are unintelligent and below the staff. I' m currently not a customer and this was my first impression of the bank. Very bad first experience, don't think I will bank with them.
