Great Service

I am not one for going into the bank as I normally use self service. Every time I walk into an FNB bank besides the one at Mall at Reds (their manager is rude) I receive great service. There's always a staff member asking what are you there for so they can show you the correct queue to stand in. They always check if you have the correct documents before you waste time on queue. Kudos to you and continue being the best in the banking industry

I always get my friends, colleagues and family to switch to FNB
