Clicks
Slow, slow service

I decided to revisit the pharmacy at Clicks in Canal Walk today after I swore I would never go back. The last time I stood in their queue, I waited 25 minutes. (I was in the front of the queue.) On that occasion, I walked out.

Today, I waited 15 minutes, but decided it was already bad enough. I walked out again.
That, and the customer in front and behind me were sighing like their lives depended on it.

If only the staff noticed the customers and assured them of assistance...

All in all, I believe this pharmacy to be for snails or persons who do not have any other commitments whatsoever. Either that, or the system they are using is letting them down in a tragic way.

I have nothing against the brand, as the branch in West Coast Village is brilliant, but such an enormous contrast to that of Canal Walk.

Lastly, the actual Clicks store in Canal Walk has friendly upbeat staff. They too are being let down by the pharmacy.
