Ridiculous service at lynnwood ridge post office

I had to wait an hour in the queue to receive my parcel with FIVE people ahead of me in the queue. With five counters available to help people, only one counter was being used to help customers in the queue. The rest of the staff was standing around chatting amongst themselves, or doing paperwork at the other terminals, COMPLETELY IGNORING the rapidly growing queue of people waiting for service. The impression of everyone waiting with me was that we were completely invisible, or that the staff simply did not care that we were there.By the time I left the waiting queue was filling most of the branch, with some people having to stand outside in the mall, and even then the staff were still standing around, ignoring customers, chatting amongst themselves and doing who knows what at the terminals that are supposed to be used to attend to customers. This kind of experience is why MANY people are seeking alternatives to the post office. The staff at this branch has clearly never heard of the term "customer service". This kind of experience is why MANY people are seeking alternatives to the post office. If these people don't want to work, there are millions of unemployed people who do.
