The customer experience at the store in Canal Walk is not much to be desired.
Here is my experience in a nutshell:
1. spent over an hour in the queue
2. Staff look very labored and slow
3. Attitude of most of the staff is one of "I don't want to be here" and lets see how slow I can be
4. It would seem for some staff that you deal with one client (45 mins) then take a 10 min break, deal with another client and take a break.
5. Your systems on more than one occasion of being in the store, have frozen, and been very slow which takes over half an hour to process any form of enquiry or application.

I could recommend many ways to deal with your clients, but at the end of the day, the staffs interests are not of the customer at best of times and could do with an overhaul of attitude, passion and drive.

My question is, what are you going to do about your Customers experience? Mine was not one to recommend
