I have never had such fantastic, fast and efficient service from FNB, rushing from Brackenfell because I thought I forgot my ID and I was on business that side, found my ID and went to Canal Walk - the branch was packed people everywhere this was about 11:45, Amelia came to ask me what I needed, she said "you don't have to wait in the queue for that" (every other fnb made me sit in a long queue) and even when they assist me they take 10-15mins, Amelia was done in 5mins, everything was sorted, well done Amelia - you epitomize what customer service should be! I think I want to change my branch to canal walk now lol
