Outsurance
Got paid for Latent Damages

Business & Finance

I hit a pothole last year june and the car was sent to the panel beaters. on receiving the car again there was a grinding noise on the front left tyre when I applied the breaks softly in traffic. I took the car back about three times to the panel beaters who in turn sent me to Hi-Q Lenasia that did the alignment with no success. I then took the car to Mazda the Glen and they could not find the fault and asked me to bring in the car again. The car disks got damaged due to the grinding and eventually the front wheels started vibrating when breaks was applied. When it became unsafe for me to drive the car any longer I took the car to Mazda again to replace the disks and pads together. On leaving Mazda the noise now returned again, this is now after about 10 000 km, meaning that every 10 000 km I would need to replace or skim the disks. I spoke to head manager of mazda the Glen and within about 2 weeks the problem being the hub amongst others was now resolved at my cost. Outsurance eventually paid for latent damages due to the pothole incident. Thank you manager Jerrard from Outsurance for the excellent service. G O D bless you and your loved ones.
