This is the 31st of May, I wrote my first complaint on the 2nd of May and 2 follow-up's in between. I locked a query with the call centre on the 21st of May, after MY OWN INVESTIGATION speaking to a Tracey from Temporory Loans that my account was overdrawn on the 19th April, that's why they took the temporary loan facility of my account, which I said is impossible, because I never went in overdraft. My client paid me R10000 in my cheque account, and I received a sms from FNB to notify me of the deposit, I then transferred the R10000 into my simply save account about 3 min later. FNB system first showed the trf to the simply save and then the deposit. How is that my fault, that my account showed I am overdrawn. I CANT TRF MONEY IF THERE IS NO MONEY AVAILABLE TO TRF. The time difference shows clearly first the deposit and then the trf. I am waiting now again after my own investigation for a Cherise Fredericks to come back to me after logging another query how to fix my account. Everyone is passing the buck. Not even complaining, NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. again after this I will just get another ref number saying this will be escalated and still no REPONSE. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED
