On the 19 July, I went to southdale branchj, to find out if my account was still active and to get advice as to how to pay the overdrawn amount. The enquiries clerk requested my card. And I'd and verify the account was indeed active and that I should deposit money into the account to cover the overdrawn amount, I then told them that I wanted to use the account for my salary with the new employer, then the teller wrote a letter for me to provide to my employer and to give them authority to pay my salary into this. Account, they then told me that the overdrawn money will then be deducted, I am a law abiding south african, therefore I agreed to have that money deducted as soon as a deposit is made. The letter I received was signed by andronica, on the 26 August at 6am, I went to a filling station in ormonde to fill up my tank, I put petrol for R752 and oi tried swipe using my current account cardknowing that there is money in the account. The transaction did not go through and I didint understand why because a deposit was made into the account, the respond was that my card was and I was humiliated in public for using a card, the branches could not help.
