Zero to over R10000.00

I had i cheque account with FNB which accumilated from R0 TO Over R10, 000.00 can get an explanation how did it get to so much money i never had an overdraft facility on this account i 'm told these are bank charges. i was never given a statement of the break dawn of how it to so much money. to me R10000.00 is a lot of money the samething happen to my aunt the same bank as well she is a volunteer all of the her salary went missing in the bank account and she was told of bank charges. what is fnb turning in to now a loan??? where are we supporsed to take our money to if banks are us i mean this is rediculars.
