Billed for a policy that had been cancelled

I took a policy with liquid capital in February and later that month I called and sent an e-mail requesting to cancell the policy and I call to confirm the cancellatio, I was told the policy had been cancelled. On the 28.04.2013 my account was debited by liquid capital and I called to find out why and I was told it was an error then on the 28.05.2013 my account was debitted again. I called to enquire about this issue but got no assistance from the agents I was talking to. On the 30.05.2013 I spoke to Thabo Matlou what a proffesional this gentlemen told me he will investigate for me and he kept on updating me of what is going on, I'm happy to say that he has resolve my querie and my money will be refunded back. I must complement this gentle men he displayed a true value of CUstomer Service and he deserves morethan a complement.
