To whom it may concern

I am following up on my claim that was not sorted since the report on 5th April.
My last call was on the 24 May to follow up again, on which i than only told I will have to identify the motor bike found, that is when one of thier agent call me back, without guarantee, i have been more than patient while my Outsurance debit go off my account, but still not help or claim paid out.

I have to stress again the disappointment I have on the lack of assistant over two months without even a called for update or follow up. My first complaint was on 5 May, with no respond. Last week I kindly received Mr Murry's email, given by Zandi. Another email complaint sent without any respond.
I had decided not make further make effort to urge or call them for follow up, as no one seem to be doing their job well, as it is obvious the service lacks, my reason to rather make further action on the matter.
This morning I was called by the Police to make arrangements to meet and identify the found bike, which was in a very bad condition. Derbiee from Outsurance is aware of this, so I sill wait.
