Insurence claim from

I have been a loyal client with outsurance for many years and have paid every instalment that I had, then my car got hi jacked and and was chased by the police so it is obvious that the engine was damaged in the chase and the ran over curbs. After phoning outsurance for my claim it has been more that 2 months of poor service and after more than two months I still have not received my car back. The lack of the car has caused me a loss of income and much discomfort. Outsurance and the panel beaters that they have selected keeps on using the same excuse that the lack of me getting my car is because of the strike of the auto motor industry but the claim was put in long before the strike started. After having a loss of income I asked outsurance if I could not maybe could have a curtsey car to compensate for the lack of a vehicle but was turned down for the same lame excuse of the striking of the auto motor industry. I have been patient for to long and it is totally unacceptable that they can take my money every month but when I need their help and service they just turned their backs on me.
