Appalling Service from BUDGET INSURANCE. Stay away

I wish to share my disappointment with Budget Insurance.

When I signed up my premium for my car and home contents they captured incorrect details, when I subsequently corrected my details with them, they increased my premium without any notification or consulting me.

I had queried this several times with them and asked that they follow up the original conversation I had with the consultant so they can rectify this as I provided the consultant Katlego with my correct Date of Birth.

Over a month later, Nicholas their Sales Manager called to advise that they have conveniently not been able to find the call records and they are unable to change my premium to the original amount that I was quoted.

I find it strange that all calls are supposed to be recorded and in this instance to their advantage they cannot find my call records and the nonchalant way in which this manner has been dealt with is just poor. I would not recommend anyone ever to use Budget Insurance.
Their service is appalling, other than the auto generated email, they take forever to get back to customers and it is very imminent with my experience with them that all they are interested in, is just ripping customers off
