BAD SERVICE BY FIRST NATIONAL BANK

I have been banking with FNB for the past 20 years. Four years ago their service as perfect. Since 2008 their services have deterioated from no service at to completely ZERO. To ge some sort of service from FNB you have to phone one " Business Manager" to the next without any service or success. When you finally do get to speak to someone it is someone who is uneducated and simple. How is it possible that FNB can at random take funds from my account at will. FNB has been treating me like "Rubbish" with no respect at all. When I had a turnover of R 40 000 000 FNB offered me everything "under the sun." Three years ago Gramatile took a knock of R 2 8000 000 as the client's company closed down. Throughout all the hardships Gramatile has never backed down. Unfortunately due to the downturn in the economy Gramatile has battled to pay its debts occassionally. Due to the inablility of FNB not assissting Gramatle in these hard times, I in my personal capacity have been blacklisted and I had to sign surety for Gramatile's debts and Gramatile is also black listed. In the past we have never backed down and we have signed contracts totally R 12 000 000 but due to a poor or non existant service from
