Budget Insurance has an appaling service

Budget Insurance has provided me with the most appalling service ever. They use a company called PDL towing that took 1hr 30min. to arrive and the SMS notification said 45min. The salesman that sold me the insurance package never suggested a courtesy car while my vehicle is being repaired. There was no proper handover to the dealer and the PDL company took my vehicle to the dealer at 8am knowing well that the dealer opens at 6am, Budget also took the car to a dealer that had 60 vehicles to service after they were told that they are too busy. This was unprofessional and irresponsible of Budget insurance.
