Funeral ove

Myself and my husband have been with fnb for 13 yrs and have had a funeral cover with them for the same amount of time. I went into the branch yesterday and was told that the funeral cover no longer excests and that we are going to lose all the money that we have paid for our funeral covers. could you please assist us in finding out why we are going to lose all of our premiers that we have paid. I was a staff member of them and there service is really bad lately please can you help us and try assist us
