R400.00 for not beating the quote

As advertised to if you cant beat my current insurance quote you will pay out R400.00 after previous hello peter complaints also the finally got back to me and informed of the payment now all of a sudden the R400 transfer will take 15days... from my banking experience a xfer from one bank to another takes 48hours...

but i suppose that is just how the insurance companies think that they are dealing with illiterate people.
