We will pay you R400 if we cannot beat your quote

I sent a sms to Outsurance after hearing the ad constantly on radio about beating the current insurance quote. I am desperately looking for insurance as I have had a bad experience with my current insurer. I received a quote for motor insurance on the 04/01/13 after I sent an sms, ref no 19819285. Needless to say the quote was higher than my current insurance. The operator advised he will pass my details to the marketing dept to be in touch regarding the R400 payout. I have heard nothing to date, today I followed up and was told it was not sent through and I should be patient. It is the principle more than the R400. Outsurance generally has a very good reputation and I am sure this is just one individual not doing what they supposed to.
