R400 Paymant - False Advertising

So their TV add clearly states that they will pay you R400 if they can't beat your current CAR insurance. After phoning them to get a quote, that was higher than my current, I asked about the R400 payment only to be informed that although my current Car insurance is not with OC I do have a policy for my bond insurance via my bank and that the small print in the terms and condition states that the promotion is only for new customers.

IS THAT WHAT THE ADD SAYS?? No, it says they will pay if they CAN"T BEAT YOUR CURRENT CAR INSURANCE
