Paying R400 for not beating quote is a

On 5/9/2013 I phoned Outsurance for a quote as I was buying a new car and my current insurer was to high according to me. However, they could not beat my quotes, not even my current insurance. Firstly for all my household content and cars (including the new one), and secondly only on the new car only. The guy I talked to did not even mention anything about R400 for not beating my other quotations. Only after ending the call I realised that they have this promotion for R400. I e-mailed them on 9/9/2013, with no response.By chance a manager phoned me to rate the service of the employee I talked to. I then enquired about the R400 promise they advertise and because they could not beat specifically my car quote, so they have to pay up. The manager then said he will investigate and get back to me. I received an e-mail on 18/10/2013 stating that my quote number is 6160254 (with all content quote) and that I must now submit my quote I have on-line etc. This I did on the same day. Up to date I have not received any feedback from Outsurance. But I have to listen to their adverts daily on how they promise R400 for not beating a quote. It is a as they don't keep their promise.
