R400 if we cant beat your quote what a joke

I had for some time been sending sms's to Outsurance for a call to try and get a quote from them to see if I qualified for the R400. well about 2 weeks ago I got a call and went through the whole 15 - 20 minute talk and finally at the end got the quote and it was more than my current insurance. I then waited for the gentlemen to mention i qualified for the R400 but he never did. He promptly said thank you for your time and put down the phone. I then waited a bit to see if I would get another call i never did. i am totally annoyed that just because i never brought up the Outsurance payment he never did either, full well knowing they didn't beat my current insurance.
if you are going to advertise something then you better follow through with it, not only when it suites you.

If i was thinking of changing insurtance companies It would never be outsurance.
