1. I had a car hire option with my cover, but when i had a problem i was only given that car after a good week of fighting with Santam to get it,
2. Through out the entire claim processing no information was given to me as the client, even when i was calling in to request updates no one seemed to be knowing what they were doing, often time i was not given the correct information,
3. They are not honest with their customers in that i was given very silly and funny excuses whenever i call in to check the status of the claim,
4. They are not professional as they they claim to be, it looks like they do not have a system in place, they give contradicting information.
5. The claim was only finalized because i had to keep calling them every day for a good 30 days,
6. I have lost more than R1000 in telephones costs calling them alone, often times i will be kept on hold for too long and get no answer,
7. The settlement that i received at the end of the day was less than what was on the policy, and no one knows why,
8. Its been two months already since the accident took place but till today they still deducting money from my account, for what i do not know, They also do not know why
