I had an accident on the 23rd of may and instituted a claim against one of their clients, they never answer the phones, when you do get hold of them, they give you a whole load of excuses as to why your claim hasn't been done yet, they request documents but never check their email or even get back to you if there is a problem. The person that is attending to me could not open a simple doc file for a month, if its not that he does not notice a reply to his email for over a week, then he tells you that your claim will be sorted in 7 days, you should call back after 7 days when you do there is another problem like a date on a letter. I have been through two people at Santam and they both the same. Their service is disgusting!
