THE CALL CENTRE HAS BEEN TRYING UNSUCCESSFULLY TO CONTACT A PERSONAL BANKER - PUMELA? AND HER BRANCH MANGER - BONGANI SINCE THEN, RECEIVING NO RESPONSE OR NEGATIVE ANSWERS. THE CALL CENTRE HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP AND CERTAINLY ARE NOT AT FAULT.
