African Bank
One of the worst banks i have ever dealt with

I had a loan with African bank which i settled after receiving a settlement letter with all the added charges, but they still deducted money from my bank account on realising this I WENT TO THE BRANCH SEVERAL TIMES. To have this debit order reversed but was advised to reverse the debit order myself by branch staff, but on doing this they also refunded me. So i waited for them to contact me instead i got an sms saying I owed the the balance plus ADDITIONAL CHARGES. I called them an said i was willing to refund them their money but no additional charges but no one helped me. Now i have paid them the full balance with extra charges but on calling again they say they still have not closed the account they might charge me some more on a nil balance. I'M PAYING FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE EXTRA ON THE SETTLEMENT AND ON ADDITIONAL BALANCE. I JUST THINK THIS BANK IS PEOPLE. I'M HORRIFIED BY THIS BANK IT NIGHTMARE.
