Poor Service by Call Centre

I have been a bondholder with Nedbank for over 25 years, maintaining a clean healthy bond account. I have paid off the account on numerous occassions, reborrowed time and time again with no probloms whatsoever. I made my account dormant this year, so that I dont incur any charges, went into the bank for a readvance and am still waiting 5 days later with no feedback. The call centre agents are totally useless, I cannot understand why the Branch will have to liase with people from the call centre, some of whom know nothing. Come on Nedbank, before valuable business goes elsewhere sort out my problem
