I just want to say how pathetic Sanlam Death Claims Customer services are. On 16/05/2013 i sent through documentation that needs to pay out with all the documentation that should have been attached. I phoned to confirm and they advised that there is one more form to be filled in. they also said that it would take 10-15 working days from now. My sister and I filled it in and signed and sent this back on 20/05/2013. On 23/05/2013 the sent me am mail to say that they need a copy of the will. I sent this through immidiatly. Today I phone to see how far they are with it and the informed me that it is going to take 10-15 from today. I think this is poor service. no one coould pick up a phone and ask me to send the last documentation through. Every time it takes a couple of days for them to come back to me. This money needs to pay out to my farther. He needs this money asap as he doent have a car and he needs this to pay to get his car fixed. My Due date is on 06/06/2013.If this does not pay out by then you will see me on Hello Peter again.
