IN DECEMBER 2012 I REQUESTED TO TRANSFER ONE BUSINESS ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER. CONTACTED MTN AND THEY MAILED ME THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION TO FILL IN. ONCE FILLED IN I MAILED THE DOCS WITH OTHER REQUIRED LETTERS TO MTN. WE CLOSED FOR HOLIDAYS AND JANUARY 2013 I REPEATED THE WHOLE PROCEDURE AGAIN. STILL NO ANSWER FROM MTN WHEN I CONTACT THEM THEY ONLY SAY THEY DID NOT RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTATION VIA EMAIL. SO I THEN WENT TO RUSTENBURG SQUARE BRANCH AND A VERY HELPFULL MONICA INFORMED ME THAT ONLY MTN SERVICE PROVIDER RUSTENBURG MALL BRANCH WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST ME. STANDING IN A QUE FOR MORE THAN A HOUR TO BE TOLD SORRY WE CAN NOT HELP YOU YOU MUST PHONE MTN. OK SO BACK TO THE OFFICE (THIS IS NOW IN MARCH) I CONTACTED MTN ONCE AGAIN AND ANOTHER LADY SAID SORRY NOTHING ON THE SYSTEM BUT I WILL MAIL YOU THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION TO FILL IN. WHEN I RECEIVE THE MAIL I ONLY SEE THAT IT IS EXACTLY THE SAME FORMS THAT I HAVE ALREADY FILLED IN TWICE AND SEND TO MTN. THE FORMS ARE ON MY DESK TO BE FILLED IN ONCE AGAIN. BUT JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO FILL IN THE SAME DOCUMENTATION OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO GET JUST NO HELP FROM MTN.
