PME Attorneys Pathetic service

Purchased a property and selected Registration Attorneys from Banks Panel and have experienced the following problems with them:
Calls not returned when message left at reception.
They do not keep me updated on what is happening. I have to keep calling to find out what's happening.

I signed documentation with them on 20th July 2013, and made payment on 31 July 2013 (Received Invoice 26/07/2013). Documentation was supposed to be ready for Lodgement when payment is made
Sellers attorneys are ready to lodge. PME Attorneys still awaiting the proceed from the Bank. I was advised that it takes 3-5 working days to obtain, So when was the documentation only sent off? Called the attorney as I had not received a response to e-mail sent 12/08/2013.He advised that the documentation is handed to someone and they submit it to the Bank and he does NOT know when that was!
No sense of urgency shown here!
This is now delaying the process and I have given notice at my current residence for this month and had expected to move by 24th latest, which wont happen!
I am disappointed at the service these attorneys have provided.
