I went to the president hyper branch and was seen by the consultant working at cubical no 8 on 15 May 2013 due to and Internet. She had me complete a dispute form and a document then on the 15th the company went and deducted another amount I went back to the branch and again was helped by the same consultant. it was just before closing time and she did not look as if she wanted to help me. She had me complete a dispute form and form and till today no one came back to me. I even log a complaint on FNB's web site where they said someone will call me within 24 working hours this was done on Thursday and still no one called me back. My reference number 3UGXA60V. I'm a new client and wanted to get my salary paid into my new FNB account but after this bad service I will not be using FNB any more. It's not that I have money to loose and if the bank cannot communicate with their clients then why bank with them?
