Illegal transaction on my account

I have asked FNB Northam branch to reverse unauthorised transaction that went through on my account on 26 October 2013. I am being told that I must come to the branch to sign the dispute form. My query is that when this transaction was processed I didn't't sign any form but now I must sign a form when it must be reversed. My money has been taken illegally now I must spent yet another money and time in order to get it back. This is unacceptable. NB. this query relates to reference number 250694.
