FNB unlawfully deducting money from my account

On 27 July 2013 I withdrew R400 from an ATM (I am a FNB customer). I later noted on my bank statement that the R400 was deducted twice from my account although I only received R400 at the ATM. After spending countless hours on the phone with useless callcentre agents, I was told to go to my local FNB branch and to complete a dispute form. I completed a dispute form and complained to the FNB Mall@Reds branch, and to date, depsite various telephone calls, emails and attending the Mall@Reds FNB brach, I have not received my R400. Every call centre agent, togehter with 2 consultants at the FNB branch (Billy Khubai & Lumka) confimred that it is clear from my bank statement that the R400 was deducted twice, and they cannot explain why the money is not being refunded to me. The branch manger Mr. Makanjee has also failed to deal with this matter at all. I will proceed with legal action against FNB int his regard
