Terrible Service from FNB Consultant

I am a client of FNB, and has been a very supportive and happy client thus far.
The treatment and services I received from my online communication has been tremendously good.
However, on the 23rd of May 2013, My wife and I went to FNB in Cresta Shopping centre to talk about numerous loans and financial options to invest in our future.
We were helped by a consultant named Cindy. She made us feel so uncomfortable, and did not even smile at all.
We asked her a couple of questions which she did not even answer.
My wife worked for Standard Bank for 20 years, and even she mentioned that this is the worst service ever.
I pride myself to be one of FNB's clients, but after the humiliation and terrible service, we found ourselves opening a personal loan at Nedbank. I also wanted to talk to the consultant on opening a business account as we registered our own private business as well. I am totally demotivated in this poor service and wonder is I should rather entrust my financial wellbeing with another bank.
I will make another turn at Cresta and go and see the bank manager to lay a formal complaint.
After taking leave from my work to sort out banking, this is not the way to be treated.
