Opening of a Business Account

My wife was in the process to open a business bank account..

This started a few weeks ago on a friendly app giving us direction on how to open the account... Then the dreadful reply; we "will get back to you"... Which Happened!!!

My wife had to go in to the bank to verify some information and she had to take some documents as proof. Everything was finalised by Mrs B. Mtungwa, and my wife left a happy customer as our bank account was open and she could start trading on the account.

That was not the case as the account was registered incorrectly and the account was still on hold... my wife had to go back and no one could help because the online staff didn't want to fix their mistakes.

Valente Hendricks went the extra-mile restoring a bit of hope for my wife. She left now and the account is open.. Thank you Valente!!!

I've been banking with FNB 24 years my wife 27 years... Sometimes I wonder if loyalty means anything in today's life...
