Customer of 20 years has had enough!!!

I have been a Standardbank customer since 1994. I did my student loan with them, my first and second property, my business, my car finance - EVERYTHING! I am an ambassador for them and up to recently I've always been happy.
In the last couple of years I find their staff un-helpful, and the general attitude in the bank just bad.

Yesterday I went to Melville Standardbank, to see a consultant about a loan on one of my bonds. He gave me no information and each time I said "Someone said I can do this..." He would respond "Oh, ja..that is an option too" without divulging any further. I asked about different options for this loan and all he could tell me about was a "further advance" loan and mentioned there was lawyers cost involved. When I asked about that he told me to "google" it.
I go to the bank to get advice regarding different options etc.
I am currently very UN-happy with both my business banking and personal and it seems Standardbank is missing something in terms of their customer service.
I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD THINK THIS..."Isn't it time to change..."??
