F'NBank with its string of problems

I have opened a business account two months ago, it took 29 days to make it finally work. F'N Bank does not communicate with its clients, does not apologize... nothing. And the IT problems seem to be going on. Today the forex and other online banking services are once again off-line.
5 weeks after lodging a complaint at the Ombudsman of the bank, AND I ADVISE FOR EVERY AFFECTED CLIENT TO DO SO, no answer whatsoever.
After contacting the forex department, the consultant assisted brilliantly telling me she would call back once the system is online again (meantime it is once again sitting on a pineapple and rotate).
If not receiving compensation or any means beside a silly 'we are so sorry about that', we will close all accounts for the company as well as personal accounts and demand from FNB not to charge any banking fees to do as such. Meantime I cannot trust FNB putting moneys on an account and thus use the services of a rather smaller private bank such as Bidvest Bank where personal services is still in existance. The result of this complaint is once again a copy/paste email to apologize with reference number and nothing to be head besides 'we are sorry' in the email.
