I am trying to stop a internet charges on my account since 2003. Every time I complain, at the branch, to their helpline, they pass the buck. I complained on "Hello Peter" before, (2004/5?) and the problem is still not sorted out. I recently upgraded my card and told the marketer of my problem, she said with the new card it will be sorted, it's not, they still deduct money.
I want American express to stop the charge on my account and pay me the money back they took from me with intrest.
I were at a branch today, the could't help me because I only had my passport with me.
